使用%postname%这个参数后可以产生文章名作为永久链接，默认值是文章的标题，可是中文标题产生的链接是一串类似于%e4%b8%ad%e6%96%87%e5的代码，很不美观。

解决方法是把文章缩略名改为有含义的英文，比如这篇帖子的缩略名叫做tips-permalink，产生的链接就是： ../2007/04/09/tips-permalink/

恩，这样就顺眼多了。
